Cayman Islands Petition
I the undersigned individual, request that the Cayman Islands Government do the following:
1- Implement pedophiles, sex offenders, bestiality legislation that would include the convicted offender’s public registry/database that includes photos, names, aliases, type of offence, body marks (tattoos) and address details in the Cayman Islands.
2- Legislate that pedophiles, sex offenders and bestiality offenders provide current address and updated photos to the police in order to keep the registry/database updated and failure to do so would be a criminal offense punishable by imprisonment.
3- Pedophiles, sex offenders and bestiality to be permanently registered.
4- Pedophiles, sex offenders and bestiality convicted offender’s change of names to be prohibited.
5- Mandatory reporting by the public of any sexual and abuse offences against humans and animals to the authorities.
6- Pedophiles, sex offenders and bestiality convicted offender’s to be permanently banned from the Cayman Islands and prohibited from applying for any form of immigration application including political asylum, status, permanent residency, naturalization, Cayman Islands Government contracts, any type of visas, Cayman passport, work permit, etc.
7- Legislate that pedophiles and child abuse convicted offender’s should be banned from working with children and to live near schools, libraries, parks, etc.
8- Legislate that Cayman Islands Government must partner with local and international pedophiles, sex offenders, bestiality and animal abuse agencies.
9- Implement that animal abuse and bestiality convicted offenders should be banned from owning and working with and around animals.
